The Witness Newspaper Article - Clarendon 50th Birthday - 2012
Clarendon Primary School celebrates its 50th Anniversary this year on the 29th January. The Witness Newspaper run a two page spread on the school, its history and the way forward. To mark the occasion Clarendon Primary will be burying a time capsule in their front garden beneath the flag poles, to be opened in 25 years time.
A formal assembly was held on Friday the 27th January 2012 during which pupils from Clarendon placed selected artworks, designs and letters in the capsule along with other items such as uniforms and various pricelists applicable to current times.
